If doctor says that the cholesterol increases in your body which causes heart blockage than don't believe him until you see the reports and the percentage is below 70% than there is no risk but if is more than 70% than it is a topic for tension. And you could face this problem even after the angioplasty because every time cholesterol is collected in our arteries and finally you have to replace the artery. The most simple and the most helpful solution is that you must lower the cholesterol(LDL,BLDL) level in your body and increase the good cholesterol(HTL).
REASON FOR INCREASE OF BAD CHOLESTROL
1. Dalda and products made from it ,is the most dangerous thing that increases very much cholesterol
of our body.

TIPS TO DECREASE BAD CHOLESTEROL
CONSUME ALL THE THINGS ALTERNATIVELY
1.GHEE- You must replace dalda with ghee and specially cow's milk ghee because from research it is found that on eating any amount of cow's milk , Not a single percent of cholesterol increases in our body. Cow's milk helps to increase the cholesterol of body. It is such beneficial that eating it would not increase 1% cholesterol in our body.
2.PURE OIL- You must replace refined oil with pure oil . Pure oil is the best . There are variety of oil is present in the market place and you could choose any one of them but you have to necessarily buy pure or filtered oil in place of refined oil. And as much as the oil is thick it is more beneficial for the body. Always use filtered oil for all things.
REASON: There are several chemicals mixed with pure oil to make it refined and these chemicals are very dangerous for the body.
3.WORK- There are many people who do not want to do any work and sitting idle and this the main reason for increase of cholesterol in our body because the food we eat is not digested by the body and that fat get gathered in a place and causes heart blockage.
4.EXERCISE- Do exercise daily for 15-30 minutes. This not only helps in digestion but it also increases the immunity of our body. Some very important exercises are pranayaam , meditation ,cycling which in a huge way helps to decrease the cholesterol of the body .
5.Walk- Take a daily walk of at least 1km in the morning and the night after eating food which helps in digesting the food easily.
6.FOOD- Avoid eating food that are having very high cholesterol like items made from maida or items that contains fat.
7.SALT - Replace simple sea salt with rock salt and rock salt is the most useful for the body it digest the food we eat as well as decrease the cholesterol level.
8. Dal and the vegetables having peels is the most beneficial for the body. Bitter guard, potato and gourd are some examples of vegetables. And eat vegetables without removing the peels of the vegetables because the peels are having the most fiber and protein. You could also use brown rice for prevention from heart blockage.
9. GRAINS- If you are eating chapati than eat chapati made with makka, bajra, jowar etc. Wheat is not so much for the health and if you wanted than eat than add soyabean, jawra to it for consume it . And try to grind thicker wheat and don't removes the chokes because it is the most beneficial for us.
10.SLEEP- Take a nap of around 15-30 minutes after eating food.
11. Eat food that are alklyne and the most alklyne food is awla . Person having heart problem have to Eat 2 peices of awla daily in any form like murrabba, simple , chutney etc.
12. You could also consume aloe-vera juice or fresh aloe-vera of 15-30gm or 10-15ml daily that maintain the blood flow in our body. Remove the Peel of the aloe vera and eat it 10-15gm daily.
13. You can also consume food like carrot ,awla , tomato, cabbage, raddish and mustard which is alklyne for the body.
14. If there is emergency than or in chance you have an heart attack than don't nervous than there is a system where there is one more artery parallel to the other artery and when one artery doesn't works than it is passed through the other artery.
15.Most of the time the heart attack is done in the night 2:30 to 4:30am in night because at that time the heart works the most. And if you are having very much pain than one medicine name aconite 200 is the most useful it could atleast saves the life of people. If you are having too much pain than take one drop of it behind the tongue. And drop one drop after seven minutes and take three drops continuously after each break of seven minutes.
16. METHI SEEDS- Small Methi seeds is the tonic for heart patient. Take a small teaspoon of methi seeds . Boil some water put it in a glass and put methi seeds in it and left it for the whole night and drink the water in sipping method and eat methi seeds. Do this continuously for 3-4 months.
17.BOTTLE GOURD(LAUKI ) - Take a bottle gourd and grind it ,without removing the peel. Add 5-10 leaves if coriander, 5-10 leaves of pudina, 5-10 leaves of tulsi and grind it and drink it .
18. Take all the things in the morning first cosume aloe vera and than take a break of every 40-45 minutes to eat every thing first eat liquid thing and than eat solid food. Consume all the things in the morning and consume it with a break of 40-45 minutes.
