I will tell you four essential tips and I will prove that those person who follow all these four tips will never in his/her life will never face any health problems in his whole life. shri swami ramadev ki had follow this problems since forty years and he never in his life face any health problems. Vata, pitta and kapha are the three energies that together forms the whole body and these are the main reasons for all the disease.
VATA- It is the charactized nature of air or wind energy.
PITTA- It is the characterized nature of fire energy.
KAPHA- It is the nature of water energy.
vata could cause 80+ diseases , pitta could cause 46 disease and kapha could cause 28 disease . And if all the three were get disturbed than it could cause 146 disease. Hence it is very necessary to maintain all these three basic components of body to live a long and healthiler life.
1. Don't drink water just after eating food. Drinking water after eating food is like poison for our body.
REASON: A place present in our body known as epigastrium where all the we eat are collected. After reaching food at that place a fire is burned in epigastrium to digest the food we eat (similar to the home LPG gas) and as soon as the fire is burning the food is digested and when we drink the water in between the eating time , the fire get exhausted and the food doesn't digested.
Hence the undigested food starts decaying in our stomach and cause variety of disease. This undigested food release 100 varieties of poisons.
2.Strictly Drink water atleast after one hour or drink water 40 minutes before eating food. You would only drinks the juice of any fruit, lassi or milk but not water.
3.Always drink water in sipping style only. You could go anywhere in the world and see the way of drinking water of different animals. You had never see any animal having health problems , they are always slim and healthy.
4.Drink always warm water. Since our body is warm and when we drink cold water there is battle between cold water and warm body. Either warm body heats the water or the body becomes colder .
5. Always drink water just after awaking So that our stomach would clean their stomach regularly and it also decreases the acidity of our stomach.
The person who follow all these four tips would never suffered from any disease throughout their whole life and saves the money of medication of their whole life. This maintain the three basic components of our body and if these three components are maintained than we never suffered from fever. And according to an estimation , if an Indian caught fever than around 6lakhs crores was spend every years and this money is spending on buying allopathic medicines. These medicines are such dangerous that more than 20 countries has already banned it and it could cause various health problems indirectly.
