Now a days thyroid is one of the most common which could be seen easily in many of the people. It is mainly seen in the women of middle age group. This  could of two type . One in which people get thinner and thinner and other in which people get fatter and remains the same . It is of  two types Hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism .

Hyperthyroidism-   It is the type of disesasse in which the size of thyroid become more larger than their original size and it releases more hormones than their original capacity. It produces more metabolism which means it use most of the energy of the body and we feel tired and other symptoms.

Hypothyroidism- It  is the disease in which the size of thyroid becomes smaller than their original size. The thyroid releases less hormones than their original potential and all the body process works slowly.

SYMPTOMS OF HYPERTHYROIDISM

1.Many people with hyperthyroidism suffering from the problems of stress and nervousness.

2.On becoming hyperthyroidism all the body process becomes much faster than their original speed of doing work.

3.Feeling warm, shortness of breath during exercise, loss of strength, menstural problems, weight loss, diarrhea , rapid heartbeat, and physicological problems are the common problems of hyperthyroidism.

SYMPTOMS OF HYPOTHYROIDISM

1.Feeling tired, Feeling cold ,heart problems , increase in weight, hair loss and bowels problems.

It could be caused when their is immune response against the thyroid gland which cause decrease function of thyroid.

2.It could also cause goiter problem.

HOW TO CURE THYROID DISEASE

1. It could be cured through blood test thyroid scan and through punction.

2.SALT- Eat a proper amount of salt not too much or not too low . A pinch of salt is enough for a day.

3. It coudl also be treated by taking pills and medecines .

4.EXERCISE- Daily exercise for 15-30 minutes and specially exercise like pranayaam , meditation along with movement of your neck and the vibration of your neck, singhasan .

5. STRESS- Take less stress and give a relaxation to your body after working continuously for several hours.

6. TIME- Make and set a fixed time for doing  all the things and time to consume food and other things.

7.Avoid using aluminum utensils and use instead steel and clay utensils.

8.HOME REMEDIES-(a)Almond oil- You can take compressed cold almond oil and massage the place the neck having thyroid with this oil.

(b)Onion- Massage the thyroid place with onion juice.

(c)coriander seeds- Take some coriander seeds and add it in water and left it since morning and boil it in the morning and drink it in empty stomach.

(d) You could take coconut and protein rich food as daily diet in the morning.

(e) Avoid eating junk food and oily and fatty foods.

(f) you have to consume plain coriander chutney daily with water in empty stomach in the morning.9.
