HOW TO MAKE HOT AND HEALTHY TEA FOR WINTER?
INGREDIENTS- Black pepper(kali mirch), cardamom(elaichi), Tulsi leaves, Giloy stem, cinammon(dal chini),cloves(long), sugar.
STEPS
1.Take a cup of water . And boil it .
2.Take all the ingredients and crush it .
3.After some time of boiling water . Add all the ingredients to it and boil it for some time.
4. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar to it .
5.Cold it . Or you can add milk to it and boil it for some time.
6.Serve it. It is good flavouring as well as healthy tea which could be loved by all. It protect us from winter and provide heat to our body.
