HOW TO CURE OR PROTECT COLD FEVER?
In the winter season cold fever is a common problem seen all the peoples specially for those peoples who are having pneumonia . This could also takes bigger form some time, if we overlook it. It is very necessary to look over them . It is common problem for people of all age groups specially small babies and child and it is very necessary to take care of them.
REASON FOR HAVING COLD FEVER
1.WINTER- It is common to having fever in winter or cold season.
2.FOOD-Eating cold foods in winter season or foods that have cold effect in bodies can cause cold fever . Eating too much cold things in summer season can also cause cold fever.
3.WATER- Drinking cold water in winter season or spend too much time in cold water can cause cold fever.
4.ENVOIRNMENT- Going out of the house without doing proper planning of dresses or without wearing sweater or cap cause cold fever.
5.SPREAD- Come in contact with other people having fever can also cause cold fever.
6.MOSQUIOTOES- Since mosquitoes also spread disease and cause fever.
TIPS TO GET RID FROM COLD FEVER
1.WATER- In winter seasons drink hot water and bath with hot water is very necessary for becoming well soon.
2.CLOTHES- Always wear winter clothes sweater, winter caps and other important accessories to prevent from cold.
3.SHOES- Always wear shoes and sleepers. Wear sleepers for those peoples who their whole day in home .
4.Keep away from cold places and cold water as much as possible specially in case of babies of children bath them with hot water and always give them hot water to drink and keep them away from cold places.
5.TEA- In winter season always drink special hot tea made from natural healthy things.
6.SOUPS- Drink hot and spicy soups in winter. This could provide some heat to the body.
7.HOME REMEDIES- If you are already suffering from cold fever or you wanted to prevent from cold than there are some remedies
(a)Take a spoon of chavan-praas daily.
(b)Take a ginger grind it or crush it or beat it and take out all the juice from it Add 1-2 teaspoon of honey in it and consume half teaspoon daily in the night . (c)Take some black pepper ,crush it and consume it in small quantities in everything.
(d)Boil some water, add some vapour-rub in it and take deep breathe on going near to it and take in and out the boiled water vapour .
(e)Take a cup of mustard oil (sarso ka tel) heat it at very low temperature . And add 3-4 pieces of garlic(lahsoon) and heat both of them for some time and then cool it .Apply this oil daily on your body would protect you from having cold . It generates heat in the body. This is specially for children, babies and old peoples who caught fever very fast.
(f)Put a drop of mustard oil in your ear.
(g)Eating leaves of tulsi and pudina would also greately help to cure you .
8.Always cover your ears to prevent cold air entering your body through your ears.
9.EXERCISE- Do exercise daily for 15-30minutes to generate heat on your body or to become fit and healthy.
10.You can make bond fires in the night or use it to heat your body.
11.Use vapour rub or bam. Rub your nose and chest with vapour rub to prevent it from becoming jam.
12.Instead of eating other chocolates you can eat vicks or strepsils to get rid from cold.
13.DOCTOR-If you are suffering from too much fever than you are recommended to go to the doctor and work according to it.
14.Avoid contact from persons having fever. since it is communicable disease and use nets or mortiens to protect yourself from mosquitoes.
