1.HEAT-Keep away from hot places or avoid eating too much hot things.
2.FOOD-Avoid eating hot things that generated heat in your body and specially spicy foods.

(c)If you are having too much loose motion than take the peels of pomegranate , grind it and take out all the juice of pomegranate peel.
