HOW TO GET RELIEF FROM TOOTH PAIN?
Tooth pain is a problem that is as much as pain as we hurt any parts of our body. Sometime tooth pain is too much that at the place of pain , the gum was swollen. This will also prevent us to eat the foods we like or the different kinds of food even we can't consume our daily food . And we wanted to get rid of this as soon as possible. This could be mainly seen in the children and the old peoples. Hence it is very to cure it as fast as possible.
REASON FOR HAVING TOOTH PAIN
1.CAVITIES- The main reason of having tooth pain is cavities. It gives us more pain when it goes deep and deep to the roots of the teeth. This produces a pain sensation in our body.
2.HARD THINGS- It could be also caused due to chewing hard things or food like grains etc.
3.BRUSH- Due to save the time we speedly do the brush and run to do work or something else. This is also the main reason for having tooth pain. On fastly doing brush there could be wear and tear in our mouth.
4.This could be also cause on striking our mouth or face with something.
5.There may be many reason for having tooth pain.
TIPS TO CURE TOOTH PAIN
1.CAVITIES- Take care of your of your teeth and avoid eating sweet things as well as things having carbohydrates. These things would form cavities in your teeth.
2.HARD THINGS- You could hard things or foods but avoid too much eating .
3.BRUSH - Brush your mouth for at least 5-10minutes, twice a day.
4.HOME REMEDIES-(a) If you are having tooth pain than you could apply clove oil using a cotton at the place of pain this will decrease the pain as well as provide a cold feeling.
(b)Use babool and neem stems to brush your teeth twice a week.
(c)If you are having gum pain or gums are swollen than take few drops of mustard oil(sarso ka tel) in a cup and add a pinch of rock salt in it than massage with it in the swollen or paining part.
(d)You could also put babool paste in the place of paining teeth . This is most easy and the best solution.
(e)Gargle or rinse your mouth with boiled water and alum added to it .
(f)You could also use mint things in the place of pain to get relief.
5.FOOD- Eat good quality of food and avoid eating sweet things and food having carbohydrates.
6.WATER- Drink water having proper quantity of flouride and chlorine added to it.
7.DOCTOR- If you are having too much pain than definetly go to the doctor.
8.Follow all the tips and remedies to get the best results.
