In, this fast growing world people are busy at the race to get more power and money. Now a days more is more important than any people. Persons give more value to money rather than other persons respect. And to win that power and money people would give their full without take care over their health and this could cause to several health problems.
Today I will tell and discuss about low blood pressure and I will tell you how to avoid or cure high blood pressure.
REASONS FOR LOW BLOOD PRESSURE.
1.STRESS- Too much stress to your body or mind is the main reason for having low blood pressure.
2.FOOD-the kind of food we eat and the quality of water we drink is also the reason for low blood pressure.
3.DIET-Fixed a regular time for your food, lunch and dinner . And Maintain a balanced diet .
4.SLEEP-Lack of sleep is also one of the reason for low blood pressure.
5.EXERCISE- Lack of exercise doesn't allow the body to digest food easily and warm up our body to get enough heat to the body.
6.TIME-Make a time table and fixed time for every thing and every work.
TIPS TO CURE OR AVOID LOW BLOOD PRESSURE
1.STRESS-Take less stress to your body and give sometime to your body and take relaxation of 10-15minutes after working continuously for 3-4 hours.

3.EXERCISE-Exercise daily for at least 15-30 minutes to get prevent from having high blood pressure.
4.SALT-Low blood pressure is caused mainly due to low amount of salt (NaCl) in your body. Hence you would consume salt necessarily, one pinch of salt daily is necessary or enough for a day.
5.TIME- Make a time table for your day to day work and food and follow it strictly.
6.DIET-Maintain a balanced diet for your body . Eat both veg and non-veg if possible.
7.HOME REMEDIES- (a)If you are feeling that your blood pressure becomes too low and feel fever than take a cup of water .Add 1-2pinch of salt to it .Mix it well and drink it.
