In this modern world , blood pressure is a common problems seen specially in the people having age group of 30-60 years and it is seen on both mens and womens .This can cause severe problems to our heart and body. There are many reasons for high blood pressure .

REASONS FOR HAVING HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

1. STRESS- It is the most important for having high blood pressure .It takes away our sleep as well as cause severe health problems to our body.

2.SALT-Consumption of too much salt is also the important reason for having high blood pressure. Too much salt thickens our blood and increase the speed of float of blood. Sometime, thicken blood block the nerves and can result as blockage whereas speed float of blood can the nerves to burst and cause blood loss or leak.

3.EXERCISE-Lack of exercise doesn't allow the body to digest the food present in our body and disbalance the flow of blood.

4.FOOD- Eating too much fatty food is also the reason for high blood pressure because eating fatty foods makes blockage in our body and prevents the passage of blood to some body parts and can cause blockage or damage of body parts(due to not reaching blood). 

5.TIME- There are many peoples who doesn't have any fixed time for their lunch dinner and for consumption of food. This could also cause high blood pressure.

6.SLEEP- Lack of sleep and doesn't give any relaxation to your body or don't giving any time for your body is also the reason for high blood pressure.

TIPS TO CURE OR AVOID  HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

1.STRESS- Give less stress to your body and take a relax of around 10-15min after working continuously for 3-4  hours. Give sometime for your body.

2.SALT- Avoid consumption of food that are too salty and avoid the consumption of junk foods that could affect your body as well as your health.

3. EXCERCISE-Exercise regularly for atleast 15-20 minutes daily to digest your food easily and to become fit.

4.FOOD-Avoid eating too much fatty food and eat foods having nutrients and proteins. Avoid eating too much spicy foods. Take light food. And eat a balanced diet.

5.TIME- Make a time table and fixed a time for consuming food and having lunch and dinner. And strictly follow the rules.

6.SLEEP- Take a sleep of at least 5hours to allow your body to regain the energy to do work.

7.WALK- Take a daily walk of at least 1km daily in the morning and in the night after eating food.

8.HOME REMEDIES - When you feels that your blood pressure becomes too high and you feel fever than sit at a place take deep breathes and drink lot of water.

9. VEGETABLES AND FRUITS   - Consume all kinds of vegetables and fruits present in your surrounding especially leafy things spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, red spinach and fruits like pomegranate, kiwi , banana etc.

10.HIGH PRESSURE-If you are having too high pressure than strictly go to a trusted doctor and eat and work according to it.

11.Since, there is no specific remedy for high blood pressure. So, you can get different remedies from different people.

12.Follow all the rules genuinely and regularly would help to get the best result in the lowest time period.
