Nowadays, diabetes is one of the most common problems that can be seen in many peoples specially the people of middle age groups and old peoples.This prevents the people from eating their favourite things and enjoying there life .Sometime it causes to many big problems such as paralises.And if we don't take care of it than it will lead to severe problems.Hence it is very necessary to look over these dieases.
REASONS OF HAVING DIABETES
1.LIFESTYLE-The kind of life style we live, the type of food we eat is the most important reason for the problems of diabetes.
2.FOOD- The kind of food we eat too spicy , too sweet ,junk foods is also one of the reasons for diabetes problems.
3..EXCERCISE-Lack of exercise could also become the reason for diabetes because our body doesn't able to digest food.
4.STRESS-Taking too much stress would results as severe problems to the body.
TIPS TO CURE OR AVOID DIABETES
1.EXERCISE-Exercise regularly for atleast 15-30minutes daily. It not only helps in becoming fit but it also helps in digesting food .Due to the lack of insulin in our body , it does't able to take off the sugar,gulucose present in our body and by doing exercise we can able to digest the food.
2.FOOD-You have to control over the kind of food you eat .Eating foods having less sugar or avoid consumption of sweet things(accept fruits).Take food having less carbohydrates.Avoid the food having high carbohydrate like rice.
3LIFESTYLE-Take a balanced diet.Fix a regular time of eating regularly.Avoid the comsumption of rice(consume once a day).If you are already having diabetes then you will consume bitter gaurd(karela) to low the chances of high sugar.And you have to consume juice of bottle gourd (loki) to less the chances of high sugar or to avoid diabetes.
4.STRESS-You have to become stress free and a good sleep of atleast 5 hours and give a rest to your body timely.
5.INSULIN-If any person having diabetes than they are injected insulin syringe timely.There are lot amount of insulin are present in camel's milk.
.And if you wanted to protect from diabetes or to cure diabetes , (if available) than you have to consume regularly 1 glass of camel's milk daily.
6.WALK-Take a daily walk of atlealst 1km daily at the morning and after eating food at the night.Don't sit idle after eating you could try to do some work, so that the food can be digested easily.
7.HOME REMEDIES-
- (a).You have to take a cup of methi seeds.And grind it.Take a spoon of grinded methi seeds regulary in the morning before eating anything.
- (b)you can go to the ayurvedic hospital and ask him for chilika, an ayurveidc medecine for sugar.
- (c)If the level of your diabetes is normal than take a teaspoon of methi seeds add it in water and left it for whole night. At morning when your stomach is empty consume the swollen seeds of methi and drink the water. And if the level of your diabetes is high than take two teaspoons of methi seeds.
9.You have to take care of your body.And give sometime to yourself to think over it.
10.Follow all the rules regularly and genueluy to get the best result in the lowest time.
