how to become fresh and feel fresh and active?


our brain is directly connected to our feelings and when our mood was bad than our brain also don't works .AS you have already seen the figure of brain it is like zig zag pipe and in our body there is one more thing that is similar to the structure of brain and that is our "stomach".when our brain had done any emotions than their results are also seen in the stomach .when we are nervous and scared(in exams,interviews or other things) than our stomach also feels pain or other signs .Somehow, if we are not fresh or clean our stomach one day than, whole day we are thinking over our stomach and the whole day is wasted .All the dieases are started from the stomach . when we are not fresh for several days than the food starts decaying in our stomach and causes many problems. Hence it is very necessary to keep our stomach clean to make our mind fresh and feels happy.Stomach plays the most important role in our day to day life.
TIPS TO CLEAN YOUR STOMACH REGULARLY
1.drink as much as water as possible .For people of age between 11-19 would drink 10-15 glass of water every day and people with age group of 20-40 can drink 5-10 glass of water everyday to stay fit and hydrated.
2.Drink 1.25 liters of water before sleeping or going to bed.Initially you would less amount of water and slowly increase it to 1.25 liters.
3.After awaking on the bed drink 1-2 glass of waters and wait for some minutes and than you can go to the washroom.
4.If you are not fresh well after drinking the water than you would drink boiled waterawaking before going to washroom.
5.You can take the home made or ready made (churan) before sleeping to become fresh.
6.If your stomach are not fresh yet doing all than you will do excercise for atleast 15-20 to not only fresh your stomach but also to become active.
7.Take a walk daily.
8.Follow all the tips gently in daily routine to get the results as fast as possible .
