HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT?
Weight it is the most common problem seen by all the people of all age group. This blog is specially for those people who are overfat and wanted to become fit. Many people feel very bad or awkward that they are fat and become very sad. Some people even refused to go out of their house. People tease them. There are also many people who do all the exercise and give their best but still they don't become fit.
Don't take care what other people said or do. Today I will tell you some best tips and tricks to get relief from the fat in just 10 days and it is guarranted by me.
TIPS TO LOSE FAT
1. TRIPHALA- Triphala churan is the mixture of three natural fruits and it maintains all the three basic components through which our body is formed and thus help to become fit. This is a natural ayurvedic mixture of fruits so there is no any side effects of it and you can consume it without any risk and tension. Triphala is the most used medicines and it is the medicine of almost all kind of disease in this earth. It is the most useful and most used thing.
CONSUMPTION SCHEDULE OF TRIPHALA
At morning
you could consume it with jaggery or honey
At night
You could consume it with hot water or milk.
Now most of the people thinks that why I would tell two different ways to consume the same thing?
The reason of consuming these thing differently is that it have various results at different times. In night it helps to clean our stomach, large intestine and organs whereas In morning it helps to fulfill all the nutrients, proteins, vitamins and calcium require to our body.
I would also tell you the steps to how to prepare it in home.
I would tell you the best method to prepare it to get the best result-
1.Take three fruits, spices Ink nuts, bhibhitaki fruits(baheda) and amla.
QUANTITY
(a)Ink nuts(harrah)- 100gm.
(b)bhibhitaki fruit(baheda)-200gm
(c)Amla- 300gm
Take these three items, dry it for some days and grind it in the grinder. The most dangerous health problems radiation for which there is no medicine to treat but this triphala churan would treat it in short time on consuming equal amount of all three fruits.'
Consume this continuously for some time . This things would guaranteed reduce the fats. consume continuously for 3 months than stop for some time(10-15days) than again start consuming it.
FAT- If you wanted to loose fat than consume 3-4 pieces of awla daily in the morning. Also consume 1 big teaspoon of triphala churan in the morning only and if you feel that you not might fresh any day than consume it in the night.
