1.EXCERCISES-Excercise is the most necessary step for loss weight.
Most important excercise for weight loss are-

(a) side jump - this exercise can be done by both womens and mens . This excercise would mainly thins our legs and our stomach.
- 1.Make a gap of some feet between your legs.
- 2.Straight your hand in outward direction.
- 3.Then jump back to your initial position join your legs follow the similar steps repeatedly for sometime.
- 4.Doing this excercise for 5 minutes is enough.
it is like punishment of students, sit down and up but it help in the weight loss.
(c)cycling-It is also one of the exercise for weight loss. Also it is easily avialable at every place and this could be perform by both womens and mens of all ages.
(d)Walking- Walking in the morning and in the night after eating food would helps to loss weight as well as helps to digest food easily.Walking for atleast 1 km daily would greatly help in weight loss.
(e)jogging- jogging also helps in the weight loss.Jogging daily in a routine will also helps to increase stamina.
2.FATS-Avoid eating too much fatty and oily foods.Avoid eating food having with more calories and no nutrients.
3.SALT-Avoid the cosumption of too much salt .One pinch of salt is enough for a day.Too much salt not all increases the blood pressure it also increases the fat of the body.
4.WATER-Always drink boiled water to loss weight.
5.FOOD-Always eat vegetables and fruits rich with nutrients instead of having more calories.
6.SLEEP-Take a sleep of atleast 5 hours for having fit and healthy.Less sleep could cause fat belly and dark circles around eyes.
7.DIET-Take a balanced diet and eat food as much as needed.
8.Follow all the rules regularly and genuely.
