HOW TO INCREASE OUR STAMINA?
In this modern and fast growing world everyone is in a race to become rich and healthier. Every people wanted to become rich and some people not wanted to become rich but they wanted that they can earn as much money from which they can meet their day to day needs and the important accessories they needed. And for all this things to do we had to do hard working and for which we need- stamina . Hence it is very important to to maintain or increase our stamina for not only becoming rich but also to live a healthier and happier life. It is mainly needed to young people who are in a age to earn money or in the competition to do something for their family society and the country. I will tell you some tips and tricks to increase your stamina. You are not needed to go gym to increase stamina. You could increase your stamina in house only.
REASON FOR LOSS OF STAMINA
1.AGE- As it is common and natural factor that people are growing and become older and older . Since we have no control over it. So we can't stop time but we can try to increase our stamina.
2.EXERCISE- It could become main reason for decrease in stamina .There are many people who sit idle and doesn't do any work .Specially in this corona time everyone is present in their house and only sitting idle without doing any work.
3.FOOD- Food could also be the reason for decrease in stamina. Eating junk food or food having no energy and nutrients could low the stamina
4.WORK-There are many people specially students who doesn't do any work and sitting idle in the house could be the reason for decrease in stamina. Sitting idle and not doing any work, don't going for a walk, playing , exercise could not only decreases the stamina but it also increases the fat because the food is not digested well.
TIPS TO INCREASE YOUR STAMINA
There are many people also who are young and apply for various jobs and some jobs also takes physical test hence it is necessary to increase stamina for also those people also .And for those people also I will tell you some tips and tricks.
1.EXERCISE- Exercise daily for 15-30 minutes. Specially for students. Young students have to exercise daily for 30 minutes to 1 hour. You have to give some time for this to your body for living a healthier, happier and richer life.
(a)Jogging- Initially, run daily 1 km and when you feel that I am able to run continuously 1 km without any break and problem than slowly increase distance to maximum 5km.
(b)Pranayam- Do regularly pranayam for 10-15 minutes. This keep our body healthier and also it helps to control over our breathing rate when running and other physical exercise.
2.WORK- Don't sit idle any time you have to do work if you are students and you don't have any work than help at least your parents in their work of house and you would also do work by studying.
3.FOOD- Food plays the main role in our stamina capability . Junk food and food deficient of nutrients could also one of the factor for decrease in stamina.
(a)Sprouts- Eating sprouted grains, nut , and beans daily . This provide proteins to our body and increase the stamina. It also helps in fast growing of height.
(b)Banana- It is the most necessary and very very important food to increase our stamina and to gain more energy. Eat 3-4 banana daily. This would increases our stamina as well as making us fit and healthier.
(c)Milk- You could also drink some milk also but this increases some fat also.
(d)Avoid eating too spicy food. Eat simple food and avoid too much consumption of salt.
(e) Try to eat jaggery instead of sugar. Because sugar is needed to be digested by our body whereas consumption of jaggery digest the food we have eaten and this would be digest in only 4hours and 20 minutes by the jaggery.
4.Walk- Take a walk regularly for at least 1km daily in the morning and in the night after eating food.
5.Clean your stomach every day because every problem is started with our stomach.
6. You could also take some natural or other products to increase your stamna.
7.Follow all the tips and tricks regularly to get the best result. This would take some time but you would definitely get the results.
