how to take care of eye?

In this modern, fast devloping world people are suffering from many eye problems .Even after many achievement in techonolgy, people are still not found the way to keep our eyes sharper and longer.In our whole life the most used body part is our eyes but we don't take care of it and hence it becomes bad and wroster and finally results in eye problems.This two eyes would fills our whole life with colours. Hence it is very necessary to take care of our eyes.
TIPS FOR STRONG,HEALTHY AND SHARPER EYES
1.WASHING EYES- Eyes is the most used body part in the whole day and when we come to house we wash our hands,legs and face but not our eyes. The dust of whole day are present inside the eyes.When we found distill or pure water with no impuritieswe have to wash our eyes with that .Just splash some water in eyes at first than close your eyes and move your eyes in different direction and again open the eyes and wash it.Do this thrice a week.
2.Use eye drops once in a month or at very rare cases of dust in your eyes.
3.Don't rub your eyes when something get inside your eyes. Rubbing your eyes in the morning to get out of sleep does not affect our eyes but rubbing your eyes after get dust in your eyes would make scratches in your retina and it could results in big problems later such as blidness etc.
4.SMARPHONES-Using too much smatphones,laptop,and tablets can also results as severe problems to our eyes. The radiation ejected by our smartphones affect our eyes too much and can results as blindness or using spectacles.
5.Using dim or too much light had very bad affect in our eyes and specially pupil of eyes.
6.REST-The most used body part of our whole day and whole life is eyes.And there is a much need of rest to our eyes.Give rest of atleast 5 hour to our eyes.
7.VEGETABLES-Eating different kinds of vegetables is the most necessay thing we need to make our eye stronger ,healthier ,sharper especially (carrots,papayas,green leafty vegetables etc.)
8.Following all the rules strictly and genuely .
