On an average there are 2 billion people consume tea every year and around 3billion tons of tea is produced every year. In India you can easily see the tea stall at every corners and roads and millions of people drink tea in these stalls daily. You could easily find that most of the middle age groups men and women drink this. Now it is like a daily routine .Some people morning started with a cup of tea and now it also becomes the friend at happy time as well as sad time. There are some people who drink tea to overcome their sadness , or they drink tea in the happy moments of life.
But can you really think. Is tea good or bad for our health? And does you really know it is good or bad for our health?

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF TEA
Tea is a plant that is imported by the britishers in India and it is planted in many cold places in India where the production must be good.
FOR LOW BLOOD PRESSURE- It is like medicine and gold for persons having low blood pressure.
As you know that the britisher are from countries like Cannada, America where the temperature is usually very low as compared to other countries , they hardly get any heat and energy. For around six months the temperature is in negative . And due to very cold the blood pressure becomes very low and to instantly stimulates tea and coffee is the best and instant remedy for you.
It increases the blood pressure and give us the heat and energy required by our body.
HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE- It is like poison for people having high blood pressure.
People whose blood pressure is normal and he or she daily consumes the tea. Than slowly our blood pressure increases and finally we are having high blood pressure. And than we have to daily consume pills and medicines to treat high blood pressure. Hence avoid consuming tea.
So we have to decide wether to take medicines or left drinking tea.
One more thing, people living in India having acidity more than normal because we live in a warm country where the chances of having temperature in negative is very low.
If we take the measurement than the pH of people living in warm countries is around 6.8-7 whereas people living in cold countries having pH of around 7-8. It means that the blood of people living in cold countries is alkaline and tea is acidic and hence tea neutralizes the alkalinity of blood for cold countries peoples whereas people living in India having acidic blood and when we drink tea it increase the acidity of our body and finally causes the disease like gastric problems, acidity etc.
And the last thing, All the things present in our surrounding or produced in our surrounding is good for our health whereas the tea and coffee which is produced many miles away from us is not good for health. The place where the thing is necessary is produced in that places only. For example- the tea or coffee plant that is produced in cold places like kurg and darjeeling is good could not be produced in states like chhattisgarh, madhya pradesh and other states. And there is no need of coffee and tea in this place also . These things are needed in cold places and it already produced in that place.
One thing you could also observe that you would never see that any of the animals consumes tea. Animals consume everything rice, chapati, vegetables, food , biscuits, chocolates and even cakes also but they never consumes tea and coffee in their whole life. So we have to learn from it. I don't say that animals are now more intelligent than us. I only wanted to convey that we are now become senseless .
TIPS TO LEFT TEA
As the blood pressure of body increases the cholesterol of the body also increases and the chances of coming heart attack and heart blockage increases rapidly hence it is very necessary to left it as far as possible.
1.The bark of arjuna tree(Arjun chaal)- The bark of arjuna tree or arjun chaal powder is the best remedy for it . Take some water and add a spoon of arjun chaal powder and some sugar or jaggery and boil it. It is basic and the best remedy to left tea. This could be replaced in place of tea. The taste of this is very similar to tea and looks like tea also.
2. Jeera- It also helps in decreasing the acidity of the stomach as well as blood. You could also consume it . Similar way boil it with one glass of water and add whatever you want like salt or pudina leaves and drink it . It also decreases the acidity of our body.
3. Ajwain- It could also replace tea. Boil it with water and consume it .
4.Divya pay - It is also the best alternative of tea .
