So today I will tell you some tips and tricks to follow to live a healthier wealthier and disease free life.
TIPS TO BECOME DISEASE AND HEALTH PROBLEM FREE
1.WATER- After awaking in the morning you have to first drink water. After awaking in the morning you have to first drink water it means that you day started with a glass of water.
Always drink pot water and simple water instead of freeze water.
Advantages: (a)In the morning saliva is present in your mouth and the saliva present in your mouth in the morning is like gold for the body. On drinking water in the morning this saliva goes inside our body and balances the acidic reaction in our body.
(b) Everyone knows that all the body problem is started with our stomach and the reason for starting of all disease from our stomach is the undigested food that is present in our stomach . The undigested food in our stomach start decaying slowly and releases harmful acid in the body. Hence it is good to clear our stomach everyday .
Drinking water 1 glass of water daily in the morning helps in clearing our stomach very well.
And those persons whose stomach and intestine is cleared well everyday. I would guaranty them that they would never face health problems in his life.
(c) In the morning there is more effect of air in our body . In the morning there is more chances of having fever due to air . And as long as water is present in your body in the morning you are free from any health problems caused by air.
2.EXERCISE- Exercise daily for at least 15-30 minutes specially pranayam could help to become disease free .
3.Walk- Take a daily walk of at least 1km in the morning and in the night after eating food help in digestion of food easily.
4.Following these four tips only would help us to become disease free and free from health problems.
