In this era ,the pace of becoming more rich and powerful make the life wrost .People are now in more tension some people are even doesn't know how to become happy in life . This not only affect our body but it also affect the length of our life.People are now living shorter and shorter.The heart is the onl organ that makes blood and supply it to every parts,organs, and cells due to which we can perform our day to day life work.Hence it is very necessary to take care of our heart .A single heart problem could waste our whole life.

TIPS FOR HEALTHIER AND STRONGER HEART


1.EXCERCISE-It is the most important and necessary thing for a healtheir heart.Excercise make our body fit and active that would lower the chances of heart problems.Excercise atleast for 1hour a day in the morning could highly lower the chances of heart problems.
some imoportant excercise are (a)PRANAYAM-This excercise is the best for old age person and also this can be done by persons of all age groups . This excercise takes out all the carbon dioxide present in our body and enrich our body with pure and supply this pure oxygen to the blood and the whole body.
(b)MEDITATION- Meditation in the natural surrounding would not only increase our concentration , it also give a rest to whole body the body are mixing with the surrounding and strengthing our body.
(c)VIBRAITONS-Sitting in the excercise posture close both of your eyes and place four fingers of both the hands in your eyes and the thumb in your ears.And than say "om" in long way(try as much as long as possible you would strech the words).I doesn't tolerate or force any religion.You could say other word also .
(d)WALKING-Take a daily walk everyday in the morning and in the night after eating food .This would some less the stress on our organs because this would helps to digest the food easily.
2.STRESS -Too much stress is also one of the reason for having heart problems.This would also cause high blood pressure.
3.Avoid too much drinking ,smoking ,alcohol.This would affects our heart very much.
4.Salt-Consumption of too much slat would thickens our blood which sometimes get blockes at some places in our heart and damage the heart.
5.FAT -Avoid eating too much fatty and oily foods .These fats are collected at some places in the nervous system and blocked the passage of blood as well as many essential nutrients to the body and thus damage our body.
6.BLOOD PRESSURE - It is very necessary to control and check our blood pressure in a regular manner because high blood pressure would brust the nerves of our body and leaks the blood and can cause blood loss as well as severe heart damage.
7.VEGETABLES -It is very necessary to consume all kinds of food specially leafy vegetables( spinach,red spinach, etc) and fruits like pomegranate, beet root etc.
8.Take care of all these things and follow it genuely would definitely gives results and makes your life health good and family happier
