most of the people in the world are suffering from the problem of pimples since there are many causes behind having pimples in our face. different people would have different kinds of faces some are having oily face and some are having dry face some reaon of having pimples in our face are
1.most of the people having pimples in face due to their surrounding and the way they eat and live. there are many peoples who live in the dust places so this was also one of the cause for pimples.other, was the way we live we ate very oily food,the food that was very difficult to digest for our stomach the small intestine in the stomach get jam with the food we eat.
2.Eating too much sugar - eating too much sugar is also one of the cause behind having pimples in the face. this not only result in white spots in the face the face this can cause pimples as well as diabetes specially for younger and older persons.
3.Eating too much spicy thing is also one of the cause of having pimples.
4.Not clearing the stomach regularly is also one of the cause of pimples.since on not clearing the stomach the dirt in our stomach get out through different pores of our body and our skin having millions of pores the dirt get stuck in the pores and this results as pimples.
5.drinking, using tobacco,cigratte is also one of the cause for pimple because this things would impurify our blood and and the pure oxygen present in our body.
6.Masterburation- this is also one of the cause for pimples because on masterburation a lot of energy of our body is used and a lot of heat is generated in the body which results as the pimples.
7.Allergies-pimples are also caused due to allergies which we understand as pimples and dont think over it allergies can be caused due to many reasons it can be due to wrong food, wrong diet,bad drinking water,and other things.
HOME REMEDIES TO GET RID OF PIMPLES

FOR ALL KIND OF SKINS.


1.Clearing our stomach regularly is the most important thiings for getting rid of pimples as well as many of the dieases that are caused.
2.Drinking atleast 5 liters of water regularly or 15 glass of water regularly. At morning after awaking we have to drink 1.25liters of water to clear our stomach clearly and the saliva presents in the mouth at morining is very useful . this saliva would get into the stomach and make our skin brighter and mood happier.
3.Daily excercise atleast one hour would result as a fresher mind and brighter skins.
NECESSARY EXCERCISES- (a) PRANAYAM - it is the most important excercise for all group age persons.this excercise would replace the carbon-dioxide present in oour lungs("small bags-alveoli") with oxygen and thus open the pores and make us more brighter.
(b) SURYA NAMASKAR- this is specially for boys who are teenagers and the young persons.
(c)MEDITATION- Meditation in fresh air should not only helps in sharpning our brain but also in increaing our immunity as well as fresh air opens our mind and the pores.
(d)Taking breathe in and out slowly in the morning is also a kind of excercise and this will also help us to get rid of pimples.
(e)WALKING-walking regularly(specially in green grass without any shoes or sleepers ) is also one of the excersise that can help us to get rid of pimples. this wall also help us to loose our belly(calorie) and becoming fit.
4.Eating some fruit regularly at the morning or at the place of breakfast.
5.Give some time to your stomach to digest the food you eat make a daily time routine to take food and follow it strictly.Give atlest 5-6hours after eating food to your stomach to digest food. 6.Give a break to your stomach weekly take fast(upwas) or eat only light weight food forfor one day only.
FOR DRY SKIN
1.After bathing or at night at the time before going to sleep you can use to apply coconut oiland massage gently your face. 2.you can also use to apply Boroplus(antiseptic cream) regularly in our face in the place of other cream and at night this would mosturise your face and gives a bright color to your face.apply one layer or two layer of the cream.
3.Before bathing or at other time take an aloevera and cut it and rub it gently on your face and left for atleast 15 minutes and then wash it.
4.Applying the mask of orange mask , coffe mask , besan masks also helps in clearing the pimples as well as for brightening the skin.
5.Rubbing ice cubes in the face would also helps in stopping the problem of pimple . this is also the most necessary tips for stopping the pimples.
6.Following all the things and rules is the most important thing . this would take time for result but it would definetly gives you the result.
FOR OILY SKIN
1.Eating healthy foods and the items having less oil is the most important thing for the people having oily skin.
2.Rubbing ice cubes in the face would also helps in stopping the problem of pimple . this is also the most necessary tips for stopping the pimples.
3.Applying the mask of orange mask , coffe mask , besan masks also helps in clearing the pimples as well as for brightening the skin.
